BROOKE DULIEN, born and raised in Southern California, always had a knack for ingenuity. In 2001, while on a shoot as a wardrobe assistant, she saved the day by letting the stylist borrow her necklace to put on a shirtless actor. Little did they know she had made that LIGHTNING BOLT NECKLACE. The shot made the cover of Flaunt. The actor was RYAN PHILLIPPE. That is when her first company, WHITE TRASH CHARMS, was born.
A year later, as an established celebrity stylist, Dulien built her boutique jewelry company, WHITE TRASH CHARMS from the ground up. Within its first year of business, WTC jewelry appeared on the cover of ITALIAN VOGUE and became synonymous with the iconic show SEX AND THE CITY. Next came the WTC boutique, where Dulien created more than just a jewelry shopping experience. She created a lifestyle atmosphere by curating art and music events that matched her brand's livelihood. It was in her Los Feliz boutique that she held small, intimate shows. Bands such as MAROON 5, FATHER JOHN MISTY, DAWES, and WARPAINT would get together and play by candlelight for friends. That was the first candle Dulien produced and sold in the store.
As a stylist, Dulien’s portfolio includes everything from the red carpet at THE ACADEMY AWARDS to the VMAs, fashion editorials, magazines, television, and film. Clients have included everyone from NO DOUBT, JANET JACKSON, to GWEN STEFANI, JESSICA SIMPSON, JOAQUIN PHOENIX, and THE OSBOURNE FAMILY.
Continuing her never-stop approach to business, she collaborated with PLAYBOY JEWELRY to create the WHITE TRASH CHARMS FOR PLAYBOY COLLECTION, which took her vision a step further. After the success of this collaboration, Brooke was pegged to design the TINKERBELL COLLECTION for DISNEY COUTURE JEWELRY.
No stranger to the retail customer, she has designed for NICOLE RICHIE’S “HOUSE OF HARLOW”, KIM KARDASHIAN’S “BELLE NOEL”, (both carried in Nordstroms), ANDREA LIEBERMAN’S “A.L.C. COSTUME JEWELRY,” and SHARON OSBOURNE’S "HSN" line.
In 2017, she established RUKSKE, a prestigious luxury candle brand. A visionary designer deeply connected with the spirit of the times, she recognized her next endeavor: crafting the "little black dress of candles." This fragrance would serve as a felt but not seen accessory, elevating the sensory experience to new heights.
Twenty-five years later, she’s come back full circle to rebrand WHITE TRASH CHARMS!

"There are no rules: sometimes you look for inspiration, and sometimes it finds you. Never chase it. It comes on its own, don't be afraid to let it find you."
