White Trash Charms Co-Founder & Designer, Brooke Dulien
Celebrity stylist, owner and designer, Brooke Dulien has built White Trash Charms from the ground up. Within it's first year of business, WTC jewelry appeared on the Cover of Italian Vogue and became synonomis with the iconic show, Sex And The City. Next came the WTC boutique where Dulien created more than just a jewelry shopping experience. She created a life style atmosphere by curating art and music events that she felt matched the livelihood of her brand. These events proved to be successful as some of todays current prestigious and talented artists (Mercedes Helnwein, Alex and Vanessa Prager) first showed their work there. As a lover of music she also merged the two. It was in her Los Feliz boutique that she held small, intimate shows called, "White Trash Charms Acoustic Sundays." Bands such as Maroon 5, Warpaint, Dawes, She Wants Revenge, JJAMZ and Ben Lee (to name a few) would get together and play by candle light for friends in a room filled with no more than 50 people.
As a stylist, Brookes portfolio ranges and varies from red carpet at The Academy Awards to the VMA’s, fashion editorials, magazines, tv and film. Clients have included everyone from No Doubt, Fall Out Boy, She Wants Revenge, Janet Jackson to Gwen Stefani, Ashlee and Jessica Simpson, Joaquin Phoenix and the entire Osbourne family. In 2007, Brooke co-designed and styled Justin Timberlake’s William Rast Fashion Show which debuted at Los Angeles Fashion Week, garnering praise by Women’s Wear Daily and the Los Angeles Times for her "Specialty Collection".
Continuing her never stop approach to business she collaborated with Playboy Jewelry to create the White Trash Charms for Playboy collection in which Brooke took her vision a step further. She then produced a short film for her line starring Kelly Osbourne as the campaign model, which debuted to the acclaim of Hugh Hefner and company at the collection launch event. Dulien literally brought the collection to life and was the first designer to make the bunny 3d in Playboy jewelry history. After the success of this collaboration, Brooke was pegged to design the Tinkerbell collection for Disney Couture Jewelry. Her journey as a freelance designer didn’t stop there. She has also designed for Nicole Richie’s “House Of Harlow”, Kim Kardashian’s “Belle Noel”, Andrea Lieberman’s “A.L.C. Costume Jewelry” and Sharon Osbourne's "HSN" line.
Currently, Brooke styles, costume designs and is constantly finding new inspiration for her very own, White Trash Charms.
